Intentional Advent: Merry Christmas!

We hope you’ve enjoyed the Intentional Advent daily reflections, where we explored the four themes of Advent: Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love through scripture, song, meaningful objects, meditation, learning, story, and reflection.

While Julie Kay Harbour and I took turns authoring the reflections, Julie’s vision for this series allowed it to take flight. Thank you Julie!

For those who may have missed any of the Advent reflections, fear not. 🙂 You can catch up by searching for “Intentional Advent” here on ScottInk.com, and you can access each one of the reflections.

Before the day is out, I encourage you to read the amazing Christmas story found in Luke 2. Take a moment to absorb its deep significance.

In the spirit of Mary, as mentioned in Luke 2:19, let’s intentionally ponder the details of the “Greatest story ever told” within the depths of our hearts.

While Bethlehem had no room for Jesus except in a humble stable, let us make room for Him daily, not just during Christmas. May our hearts be open and welcoming, echoing the timeless themes of Advent – hope, peace, joy and love.
